Sooo….I have these random bits and pieces around my studio that have been taking up space and have not had a permanent home…until now. A random link from an old bracelet, an earring element given to me by a friend, stashes of foreign coins from places that I have been and have not been. Now that I’ve discovered that I can meld and marry them with pewter, they have a place to live.
Once again taking something that may look new and shiny and combining it with other elements, aging them with fire and stamping and sanding…giving them a new identity…like a witness protection program…or something like that. Nothing too fidgety or perfect. Texture, color, personality. Forgive my rambling. 🙂
